Real Conversations
The Honest Providers Podcast by IOP Link brings together honest, experienced voices from across behavioral health to share real stories, practical tips, and actionable strategies that help providers run better programs and deliver better care. Each episode explores ethics, operations, billing, clinical best practices, and the human side of recovery — no fluff, just useful conversation.
Being a guest on the Honest Providers Podcast is a chance to showcase your expertise, your values, and your story to a growing network of ethical behavioral health professionals. Our audience includes decision-makers at IOPs, recovery centers, and behavioral health agencies who are looking for practical ideas and trustworthy partners. By sharing your experience, you not only help other providers improve care but also position your organization as a thought leader in the field — with a warm, conversational platform that feels more like a collaboration than an interview.

Real Families. Real Impact.

Our Story
IOP Link was born from the same passion that drives everything I do: creating a better, more ethical behavioral health system.
After years of watching my sister struggle through mental health challenges, involuntary treatments, and unethical care, I saw firsthand how broken the system can be. Those experiences shaped my mission — to build platforms and services that put patients first and to support providers who truly want to do the right thing.
That’s why I created IOP Link.
IOP Link isn’t just another service provider. It’s a trusted bridge between inpatient recovery centers and intensive outpatient programs — connecting patients to the right level of care, and helping providers build ethical, sustainable referral pathways. Behind the scenes, we’re focused on saving lives and doing the right thing, always.
With my background as a Management Services Organization (MSO) specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and HIPAA compliance for behavioral health agencies, we ensure the programs we work with run efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance — so they can focus on what matters most: caring for people.
This isn’t just business for me. It’s deeply personal. It’s about ensuring that families and patients find programs they can believe in — and that ethical providers get the recognition and support they deserve.
